Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Where Dogs Lead account and associated account information.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@wheredogslead.co.uk from the email address associated with your Where Dogs Lead account.
Use the subject Where Dogs Lead account deletion request. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before completing deletion.
What is deleted
A completed account deletion request removes the account information held for authentication where applicable. Data stored only on your device can also be removed by deleting it within the app where that option is available, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or to keep a record that a deletion request was completed.
